He arranged staging and even met with contractors before the house was listed. He did a fantastic job with photos, video, and an aggressive media and marketing effort that got us multiple offers in the first 2 weeks! He already had a vacation planned when we got into escrow but worked tirelessly (from Europe!) to keep the ball rolling.
